Replace the staff and more variation on breakfast and dinner buffer and all would be great.

Good hotel with bad restaurant

Close to Valbone on a walking distance, beautiful interior design of the hotel.

Terrible experience on dinner restaurant. All employees seems like in training teenagers. Ordered main dish for me and my husband and we received it after 75 minutes with cold french fries. No attention to customers and details, nobody pure water into glasses or paid attention to us if we needed anything else. Food was average. Was a disappointing experience that spoiled the rest of our stay.

Amazing hotel

Very nice place to stay. Good and quiet location in nature between Cannes and Nice. Hotel has also very big parking for free of charge. Rooms are confortable and modern. Staff is friendly. Breaakfast is very good and varied. Brakfast area has a very pleasant ambient. Highly recomended.

Overall it was nice, the design of the restaurant is amazing. Room is big enough, Air con and heating working well. Plenty of parking. Quite Area.

Breakfast not the best in matter of diversity but is acceptable. The spa was a bit dissappointing - jacuzzi wasn't clean, I would say it was well over the limit. Sauna was closed, they could offer a discount if not all the facilities are available. The opeing hours are inconvinient I would say... Closing at 19 it's a bit too early (if you want to visit something in a day, you should be back at 3 - 4pm, which means you are finshing visiting at 2pm. Not the best I would say.

Doesn’t worth staying that far from town

Nice cosy sitting area with a fireplace and lots of toys for kids on the restaurant floor

The only reason why we booked the hotel was the swimming pool. Turns out the pools on photos -belong to spa; kids not allowed to spa area. The outside “heated” pool didn’t feel like it was heated. We were ready to move somewhere closer to Cannes same night.

I haven't got the finest clue, whay we got the last room, so we had to walk all the way to the last corridor, while we were, the only guests, at this section building? Apart from that, good room, good location

Good location, perfect for business travels and tourist exploring the area

Room was small but functional and very clean. B-fast was excellent with plenty of choice and good quality. The grounds were comfortable and plenty of seating to enjoy an outside drink and lap up the sun. The pool & gardens were not in use during our stay (early April, 2023). There is a free pool table which was fun & guests were sharing about it's use. You definitely need a car to make the most of your stay and explore the surrounding area. We stayed almost 1 week to explore the area. Plenty of good restaurants in the nearby towns (Mougins, Grasse etc.) but off-course it is Cote D'Azur prices.

Avoid the b-fast scrambled egg, not seasoned and always cold!

The staff was very nice,especially the guy at the reception, he also spoke italian! The room was big and the bed comfortable.

Room wasn’t very clean, we found hair on the floor in the bathroom and they stayed there for all the days we were there. So the floor wasn’t cleaned during all our stay.

The room was nice and good for a couple who spend time together but the spa and sauna is not free acces you have to pay and the outdoor pool is not bigger as what you see in the picture but it's a nice place.

The hotel was very clean

The management at this hotel is the worse I have ever experienced. i travel on average 4-6 times per a year and I have never had such poor customer service. The hotel staff offered complimentary items on our booking due to our booking being one of celebratory reasons and then the hotel manager rudely insisted on us paying an unreasonable amount for the services offered to us for free. in addition on booking the spa you will be told you can have 50% off the spa treatments and use of the facilities and again on check out you will be billed full price and the manager has no quality of leadership at all to make right the wrongs of his team. instead he will insult you, attempt to embarrass and under mind your understanding of basic english.

You can stay for a short while, avoid the restaurant.

The room was nice.

The bathroom was not properly ventilated. If you take a shower, it will become unbreathable because of the humidity. The restaurant experience was bad. The people there barely spoke English, mistaken the meal, then undercooked it, had to send it back. The shower gel, shampoo and toilet papier are the worst I ever seen. Bring your own. Bonus: the person from the reception gave me someone else's key and I entered someone else's room.

super friendly staff, started at the front office ....all perfect and the most important very relaxed. for me the main focus. check in - TOP ! check out - TOP ! and all inbetween - TOP ! also the ladies taking care of the room - TOP !

I stayed for 3 nights and my room was not touched by housekeeping for the duration of my stay. Rubbish not removed, bed not made etc. There was also a tray from breakfast outside another room on my corridor when. I returned in the evening. It had been there all day. Could be staff shortage
