Awful experience

Unprofessional and irresponsible staff. I had the most awful experience. The reception was totally dismissive and did not care about the severe consequences of their carelessness on my trip. Here is the story: One night earlier, I asked the reception to book a taxi for me for the early morning. In the morning I went to the reception, looking for my taxi. They told me no taxi is booked for me. I panicked, since I could miss my flight! I asked them to quickly call a taxi for me. The reception said she cannot do that. That froze my heart as I thought for sure I will miss the flight! Then she told me to book an uber for myself. I am not a constant uber user, so it took me a couple of minutes to successfully book uber. But then the taxi driver showed up! So apparently the hotel had already booked a taxi for me. The taxi driver and the reception pushed me to cancel the uber. Uber charged me for cancellation. The reception told me call uber and request refund (which didn’t work). Another staff from hotel (who witnessed the situation) called me one day later and offered refund for uber cancellation fee. I asked them to send me an email, so that I can give my card number officially. But they didn’t send an email, and it’s been more than a week now. So I guess they have just dismissed it.

This is our second time at this hotel. We really like the location and the natural surroundings. It's a cozy and pleasant hotel. The reception staff was very pleasant.

Unfortunately, this time it was very dirty, including the courtyard and pool area, and the bathrooms and toilet in the room were also very dirty. The rooms are in dire need of renovation. The air conditioning didn't work properly for five days. There were no mosquito nets, and various bugs from the forest kept flying into the room. The restaurant staff was unfriendly at breakfast and took food away early. Breakfasts have gotten much worse. There are no vegetables at all.

Family friendly and conveniently located if visiting the region

We were looking for a budget friendly family hotel to spend the night during our vacation touring the region. The hotel does not have any particular charm but was conveniently located in our itinerary, had a nice pool for the kids to enjoy after a long day visiting in the heat. The staff was nice and the facilities were family friendly.

The pool closed at 7pm which was on the early side, especially in the summer when night falls quite late. The breakfast was ok, but very basic. Fruits were green which was underwhelming in a region were fruits are so abundant and delicious.

While the location is good to park the car, the location is a bit far away from everything, e.g. decent restaurants.

Some of the staff members at the reception desk were not really helpful, e.g. for transport by bus. The outside seating area of the restaurant was poorly maintained, e.g. the pillows in the seats were really not taken care off (dirty, soaking wet in the morning...)

Good business hotel

The room was very neat and comfortable, with even a little sofa and a large wardrobe. It also faced the green outside, without any noise from the street. Bathroom and shover very clean. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice between different possibilities. Also, the parking is big enough to host a lot of cars.

The hotel gym is disappointing. Just a small room with 3 cardio machines and almost nothing else. Defintely a point for improvement, with a larger room and some wheight macines or free weights. The corridor leading to the room (ground floor) is quite narrow and dark. Also, the personnel keep the service rooms open, which is not a good show for a hotel at this level.

More remote from what we originally thought. Quiet hotel, which wasn't negative but unfortunately seemed to be more for business trips.

Receptionist Samir was very sympathetic and does his job very well 😊👏👏He was a very helpful person🥰 It even upset me that he was carrying heavy items under the umbrella in the pool😔😔 Is this the receptionist's job? I don't think it should. Rooms are large enough. Beds are comfortable 😊 Nice to have a small fridge and safe in the room.

Morning room cleaners talking very loudly in the hallway. They run vacuum cleaners in the hallways early in the morning. Sometimes the vacuum cleaner hits the door. Breakfast is very expensive. There may be a more normal price application. There is an intense smell of humidity at the entrance of the hotel.

We always book a hotel with a restaurant as after a long journey we just want to relax, unfortunately the restaurant although advertised was not open on a Saturday evening and there was nothing in the area within walking distance, so we had to get back in the car and drive again.

After a 300 Mile trip it was very dissapointing to learn that the restaurant was not available for food and so we had to travel by car again to find food with no other options within walking distance. It would have been nice to be informed at time of booking.

Nice to have an extra door between the sleeping room and the hallway of the hotel for extra silence for sleeping. also the kitchen chef was delivering good salads!

Decent hotel; nice outside restaurant

The location is nice, interaction with the staff was easy.

The bar was closed very early (10pm?). With very little to do in Sophia anthipolis I would expect it to be open longer. Also, after my arrival (on the first day) my room was given to another guest as well, and he walked into my room. While it was all resolved quickly (and it was an obvious mistake from the receptionist who assigned us both the same room) I think this shouldn't never happen and didn't make me very comfortable for the rest of my stay.

the hotel is clean and the location is good in the forest in front of SKEMA university.

Breakfast was poor, the two coffee machines were broken for more than half an hour, at 9;30 h they dismantled the breakfast and did not take into account that we were waiting for coffee, the two people helping during breakfast were not very polite. We were thinking of staying one more night and we changed hotel due to this incident which was very unpleasant.

- slow staff (reception) and not very professional - rooms are all with a big sofa which make the room even smaller - breakfast not worth it - barley any fresh things available + is taken down at the exact ending time even though there are still people at the buffet trying to get some food - gym equipped with a stepper a treadmill and a bike that’s it- no water available - only one water in the room - even there are two people when asking for another water bottle it is denied for 185€ per night I would not recommend the hotel
