Nice place with friendly people
The staff were very kind and friendly, and you feel welcome. Breakfast had a good variety, but it’s better to come a bit early or a bit later if you want the full choice. Overall, it’s a nice place with friendly people and a good atmosphere.

Awful experience
Unprofessional and irresponsible staff. I had the most awful experience. The reception was totally dismissive and did not care about the severe consequences of their carelessness on my trip. Here is the story: One night earlier, I asked the reception to book a taxi for me for the early morning. In the morning I went to the reception, looking for my taxi. They told me no taxi is booked for me. I panicked, since I could miss my flight! I asked them to quickly call a taxi for me. The reception said she cannot do that. That froze my heart as I thought for sure I will miss the flight! Then she told me to book an uber for myself. I am not a constant uber user, so it took me a couple of minutes to successfully book uber. But then the taxi driver showed up! So apparently the hotel had already booked a taxi for me. The taxi driver and the reception pushed me to cancel the uber. Uber charged me for cancellation. The reception told me call uber and request refund (which didn’t work). Another staff from hotel (who witnessed the situation) called me one day later and offered refund for uber cancellation fee. I asked them to send me an email, so that I can give my card number officially. But they didn’t send an email, and it’s been more than a week now. So I guess they have just dismissed it.

This is our second time at this hotel. We really like the location and the natural surroundings. It's a cozy and pleasant hotel. The reception staff was very pleasant.
Unfortunately, this time it was very dirty, including the courtyard and pool area, and the bathrooms and toilet in the room were also very dirty. The rooms are in dire need of renovation. The air conditioning didn't work properly for five days. There were no mosquito nets, and various bugs from the forest kept flying into the room. The restaurant staff was unfriendly at breakfast and took food away early. Breakfasts have gotten much worse. There are no vegetables at all.

Family friendly and conveniently located if visiting the region
We were looking for a budget friendly family hotel to spend the night during our vacation touring the region. The hotel does not have any particular charm but was conveniently located in our itinerary, had a nice pool for the kids to enjoy after a long day visiting in the heat. The staff was nice and the facilities were family friendly.
The pool closed at 7pm which was on the early side, especially in the summer when night falls quite late. The breakfast was ok, but very basic. Fruits were green which was underwhelming in a region were fruits are so abundant and delicious.

While the location is good to park the car, the location is a bit far away from everything, e.g. decent restaurants.
Some of the staff members at the reception desk were not really helpful, e.g. for transport by bus. The outside seating area of the restaurant was poorly maintained, e.g. the pillows in the seats were really not taken care off (dirty, soaking wet in the morning...)

Good business hotel
The room was very neat and comfortable, with even a little sofa and a large wardrobe. It also faced the green outside, without any noise from the street. Bathroom and shover very clean. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice between different possibilities. Also, the parking is big enough to host a lot of cars.
The hotel gym is disappointing. Just a small room with 3 cardio machines and almost nothing else. Defintely a point for improvement, with a larger room and some wheight macines or free weights. The corridor leading to the room (ground floor) is quite narrow and dark. Also, the personnel keep the service rooms open, which is not a good show for a hotel at this level.

Nothing stands out to what we liked. The hotel we felt was satisfactory nothing above and beyond.
More remote from what we originally thought. Quiet hotel, which wasn't negative but unfortunately seemed to be more for business trips.
