Very budget hotel, but expensive for what it is wouldnt stay again

Couldn’t find the property. Ended up at one down the street. Night time and really scary.

Cordial staff, easy check in, ample parking for the car, nice quite rooms

The air conditioner didn't work and it was very hot. Had to open the window as the room would get really hot. With open window, you can hear voices outside or cars passing by

2 similar properties very close to each other, it was hard to distinguished the right one. The room was overall clean and smelt good but a bit of mold was present near the shower cabine

very very small. It also feels like the roof is shallow, so it's depressing and the air conditioning is slightly noisy. There is no kettle and an extra blanket cannot be provided. We booked 14 nights and we just stayed one night and leave and booked another one urgently, resulting in a high cost.

Mouldy

We booked this hotel for a guest coming to our wedding, and the cleanliness was so terrible he actually had to leave the hotel and find another place to stay. It was mouldy in the rooms. Do not stay

Very nice and helpful staff!

The staff was very nice and very helpful. Very close to Mouratoglou Academy (100m). Lots of free parking space. Quiet and lovely place, the room was cool and clean.

Good, happy with the comfort of the bed and really room serviced as a place to sleep and shower.

Property had a functional room, and the bed was comfortable. Room was cleaned well everyday.

There is a bus close to the property but buses take long to commute from that area to main Antibes and the train station. A lot of time is spent waiting for public transport. I really recommend coming here with a rented car at least, it’ll make life much easier. There is no food on the property… besides breakfast which doesn’t have much variety. So if you need some food you have to again travel far or eat at the pricey resort next door and get a drink there. Receptionist hours are unpredictable - if you need help sometimes it’s not there. Which makes it hard if you’re not familiar with the area and it’s your first time there. There’s no soap offered in the rooms, something all hotels need no?
