On-site restaurant had poor service and food for high prices. Room had two single beds out together with mattress toppers meaning sheets didn’t fit and came loose easily. This meant sleep was difficult

Correct price/performance ratio, staff is kind and welcoming. Breakfast is very good as there's a nice selection of pastries and bread. The shower head was a bit dodgy and tended to unseat from the support and fall. Bed is comfy enough, overall it's what you expect from a Ibis hotel.

It was very good hotel.The hotel was very clean. The reservation manager was very polite and the lady was very nice and accommodating. The pool was very clean and we had no problems. The breakfast was excellent.

The small room was facing the parking and was actually below the parking level. The staff told us that we should have sent an email to secure a better room. It was dark and did not provide any privacy. Additionally, the WIFI kept coming up and down for some reasons.

I thought the place was excellent, good service, good location, good value. This was let down by my room smelling of unwashed laundry and there was no soap in the shower dispenser. Luckily I had brought my own. I go to that area reasonably frequently and will go again.

Good location for the purpose of my visit. Bed was clean but bathroom smelled a bit (no window there). There was no trashcan/bin anywhere in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

There was no food available in the restaurant @ around 10pm on 14th October Sunday as there weren't many guests in the hotel. Practically the restaurant was closed and there wasn't anyone who could cook food in the restaurant either. After requesting the receptionist to check if at least salad can be made available, she assured she will check if something can be made available from a separate/different Ala Carte Menu, which she gladly did and for which I am very thankful to her. She made a Bolognese Lasagne available from the Menu Card. The staff in the reception could have offered me at least this prior to saying 'NO', there isn't any food available at this time of the night and our restaurant is closed due to less Customers and there is no one in the Kitchen to cook food. I am sure that the restaurant could have made bread /Butter/Cheese/salad available and in this case the frozen food/cold food could be made available, which really creates a different impression about the property that food is available when you arrive late at the hotel (I understand there could be a time limit) but 10pm is too early to turn away a customer staying at the hotel.Thanks again to the receptionist who made my evening and stay comfortable that night.

Booked this Ibis for a work trip as the Mercure was fully booked. My previous Ibis experience was okay... You know what you're getting. A lower cost hotel, limited facilities but does the job. This was a much better experience. The hotel was the usual except the food, having had lunch here twice was great and the availability of the pool was very welcome. However as the title suggests it's the staff that made it for me. They were all so amazing! Everyone was helpful, they accepted my limited French vocabulary and questionable pronounciation with a by smile and a 'thank you' every time. The staff are he credit to this Ibis and a reason I would happily stay there anytime I'm in Nice again.
