This house is absolutely lovely! Tom and Rowena fast became friends and were so thoughtful to tell us where to go and eat. The rooms were clean and bright and the shower had excellent pressure! The morning breakfast was the best of the whole trip! Tremendous food and varieties to eat from. Really lovely people always eager to talk about Edinburgh!!!

Very comfortable light beautiful room. Tom answered all questions and queries with generous kind helpful responsive. Very approachable. Excellent breakfast and service. Perfect to hop on bus into town or lovely walks to get there too.
