We had a family room which was perfect and fun for the children as beds situated round the room so was not on top of each other. Very spacious
The only fault what could be a issue was traffic noise

Cleanliness, very dated ,tv size of a posteg stamp when picture of room on line shows descent size tv on wall ,had to move aerial round room to get picture,
