Good location, staff was excellent
Tiny room, tinier bathroom. Hot water was not reliable

Sweet place, cozy room, easy access to public transportation, walking distance to botanical gardens, very very kind and attentive staff

It was clean and comfortable, good size. Breakfast variety was nice and cooked breakfast was good. Lots of parking available
Shower situation was a little weird... no floor border around the shower and we felt bad soaking the mats that were there, but unavoidable. Just a note that it's not walkable to the city center, but an easy enough drive and there were parking structures available.

Bus stop nearby. Price. Breakfast. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay here again. Spend extra money and stay closer to city center.
Stayed in room 6. Water closet plumbing not professionally finished. Some dirt around shower Hotel definitely needs an update with good workmanship. Trash containers are located outside right by front door. Big issue was no hot water for shower. System uses two valve controls, one for water flow and one for temperature. Host said to run shower for 10 minutes to get hot water. This did not work. Told host a second time and he said he will check. Returned in evening, still no hot water and host never communicated about this again.

"It’s was a lovely house with easy to climb stairs and comfortable rooms. The location was right next to a bus stop for easy access to the town centre."
