The room was clean, spacious, and nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good temperature. The neighbourhood was quiet and it was a good walking distance from everything without being too close to city centre.
We were 4 girls on a weekend trip, and the room suited our need perfectly. Keiko was very nice, she provided all the information we needed and was quick to answer my questions on booking.com.
The sink was a bit noisy after using it, but everything was great other than that.

It's a very lovely and quaint hotel. Very close to everything I wanted to see but no noise from the streets. My room was very comfortable, had everything I needed. Ms Keiko was very kind and always willing to help :) Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and would definitely visit again 💗💗

Clean and warm
Good to have my own bathroom but a little inconvenient to have it outside my room. Especially in the middle of the night with a noisy door to my room.

Great surroundings. Many good restaurants and cafes. Botanical gardens and city are in fair walking distance. Several bus stops are also close by.
Pretty run down place. The mattress was horrible. The rooms smelled of mold covered with Febreze. The bathroom is ridiculously small and the mirror flickered like in a Horror movie.
