Ideally located for me between the main city centre and the Royal Botanic Gardens. Very quiet - wasn't aware of any other guests - and clean. Didn't meet the host, but written communication was very good.
I was expecting to share the bathroom, but didn't expect it to be on a different floor. However, this didn't cause any real problems. I stayed three nights and was always able to access the bathroom whenever I required it, e.g. no problem showering in the mornings.

The room was a good size, staff were very accomodating.
The ensuite was the smallest ensuite I've ever come across. The cost of the property doesn't align with the room/ensuite. The TV reception would buffer which was frustrating.
