Beautiful remodeled house, comfy beds, very pleasant host, and nice quiet location. Clear entry directions, and easy communication with the host. We had a large family room with 3 beds, great for a family with 2 kids. No a/c from from what I noticed (but there's a heater), but we were doing just fine with open windows. We stayed there mid-July and it was not too hot for us. Evenings/nights are cool.

First floor. Daylight. Ceiling height. Size of bed, even though I expected a larger one and the end plates made it smaller as well.
Less than expected comfort and service compared to price point. Practically no safety. Overall overpriced.
