The row house complex with 4 house units is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Timmendorfer Strand adjacent to the nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorfer. The center or You can reach the beach in 10-15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The center has an attractive and varied promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafes to relax. In addition to the beach and the sea, there are numerous leisure activities such as an ice rink, Baltic Sea thermal bath, sea aquarium and much more. Within 10 to 20 minutes by car you can reach the Travemünder Hafen, the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, Karls Erlebnishof and the Hansapark.

The house was completed in 2018 and has a modern, maritime decor. Large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and sleeping areas and modern tiles as well as warm wooden parquet floors create a bright and cozy atmosphere. The living room has a couch and a dining area for 6 people. In addition to the guest toilet, there is a separate sauna room on the ground floor with a modern sauna. The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge / freezer, oven and dishwasher. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable with box spring beds and high quality electric fireplace. From the bedroom you can access the south-facing balcony. The large, modern tiled bathroom is also very bright with several windows and equipped with a floor-to-ceiling, spacious shower, whirlpool, toilet and 2 sinks. The spacious attic with high ceilings and warm, light parquet floors offers another bedroom with a couch corner. The apartment has its own terrace with a garden area and an additional south-facing balcony. There is its own free parking lot, a second one on request.
