Francesca very welcoming and helpful with all matters . Helped us organise an early taxi one morning and was very responsive
Lots of stairs but lovely appartments at the top Shower was slow to drain but bathroom very clean and tidy

The location is good, the bed is comfortable. The communications with the owner very satisfying.
There are many stairs to climb, as the property is located on the 3rd floor, which makes access with a stroller quite difficult. Additionally, there is no accessible balcony, despite what was shown in the pictures.
