Good food,7-11, laundry and pharmacy right outside. Friendly and helpful staff, ok as a base.

TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime, but you need your own account to log in (don't forget to log out before you leave), or you have a choice of YouTube or YouTube. No sofa to sit on, just the bed or a choice of hard plastic chairs. The kitchenette sink and bathroom and toilet were filthy, I had to scrub everything myself before we could use it. Window handle was missing, so we couldn't close it properly. One electric induction ring to cook on and a choice of aluminium pans that don't work on Induction, or two dirty steel woks that do work on Induction but both were filthy and greasy and one had a missing handle so I had to scrub those as well. A decent sized wardrobe, but not a single coat hanger to be found. The socket for the microwave doesn't work. The shower has two settings, either scalding or freezing and the water heater is powered by a socket that water sprays onto, and we found a couple of condom wrappers under the bed, so someone isn't cleaning properly. Luckily we only used it as a base as we were out all day.

I liked the property’s location and accessibility. We are from Cebu and we love going to malls and food places. Plus my parent’s place is just adjacent to the building.

There was a noticeable smell along the hallway and inside the unit. Definitely it was not rubbish smell as it was being collected periodically.
