I like how they communicated, all the information was provided completely. The room was clean, the amenities are great.
The concierge could have a better tone and approach. They use more customer service training to improve.

the unit is very modern and minimalist. you can also cook as cookware is available for use. location is in the heart of the city, just a 5 minute walk to IT Park.
