What stood out most was the location. A transport terminal sits right in front of the building, making arrivals and departures effortless — ideal for anyone relying on buses or shuttles. There’s also a convenience store and a fast-food restaurant just downstairs, so grabbing snacks or a quick meal was incredibly easy.

The room came with old, tired beddings, blankets and towels that didn’t feel clean or comfortable. There were no dish rags or basic kitchen cloths provided, which is inconvenient for guests.

Great location, a lot to choose from nearby.

The location is just in front of Sugbo Mercado with lots of foods to choose from.

Be careful when booking this unit! Contact first the host before booking. First of all this unit is not available when we booked but they still accepted our booking. The host did not informed us ahead of time. When we arrived at Avida Tower 1, we needed to wait almost up to 4pm. Check in time must be 3pm. The host relocated us into a different unit after waiting for almost an hour and to our surprise the unit has an ongoing cleaning maintenance so we informed the host again and relocated us to a 3rd unit. It takes time for the host to reply.
