- Great location (easy access to malls, stores, and restaurants)
- Easy check-in
- Friendly and accommodating staff
- Nice view
- Host gives room details upon booking confirmation
- Offers basic necessities (i.e. kitchen utensils, blankets, bath towels, cold AC, water heater, bidet w/ good pressure, stable WIFI)
- Cleanliness could be improved for certain amenities (i.e. dirty microwave, sewage smell from the kitchen sink, oily/dirty kitchen utensils, dusty air vents)
- A couple of necessities could be added to optimize the experience (i.e. has knife but no cutting board, no coasters for the plates + hot pans)
- There are unstable fixtures (i.e. shower head, under sink cabinet, closet)
- Clear and updated pool policy would have greatly been appreciated
- Locked out of room before check-out

There’s no breakfast. The location is good.
The shower is broken and there is no cable tv. You have to connect wifi to your phone to be able to watch.

The location is perfect. Convenient and very clean.
The internet is very poor. I hope you will change it cause it is still 5G and it’s not really working. If you go there and have work to do, please use your mobile it is more fast than the internet there.
