Avida Towers Cebu by P&J

I was changed room few times with a message through Agoda. That was not the issue however inconvenient. I arrived around 1:00pm after a tiring long trip. Carring my luggage down the stairs for the registration in an extreme heat. Early check in was not allowed do I waited in the lobby 2 hours until 3 pm check in time. Upon entering the room, I was about vomiting for the unit conditions. It was was not cleaned with female long hair everywhere, stained sheets, dirty towels and dirty toilet. I went downstairs to the receptionist and I was asked to go tact the ppty management which I was never provided. I contacted the ppty via Agoda, replying to the same chain of messages that I was asked to change the unit number. No one replied it. I was asked by the receptionist to wait about 45 minimum as they were checking in other guests, before they could help me in reaching out the ppty contact. This was very frustrating. After one hour in was in contact the the unit responsible. I was asked to wait for the gleaners that they were finishing clean other units. Now it was already 1 hour and half after the 3:00pm checking time. I asked for another room as I was not going back to that room. After another 30min I was assigned to another tower unit do I had to drag again my luggage’s under a hot weather to a different building. Finally it was acceptable although not the cleanest. Upon entering the shower, there was no soap, no body wash or shampoo, so I went town to the grocery store buying it my own. I sent a message to the property, I never got a reply. . Very bad.

Our stay was very convenient and hassle-free. Check-in was easy, and we was able to settle into the room right away. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, which made it feel like a home away from home. And the most interesting thing is that they set guides where to properly dispose trash . The location was also convenient. Overall, We had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The place itself is nice, but we encountered several inconveniences during our stay, including a shortage of water and a lack of communication from the host. These issues made our stay less comfortable than expected.

We had the worst experience staying in this room. There were cockroaches everywhere, which made the room feel very dirty and uncomfortable. The bedding did not seem to have been changed before our arrival, as it did not appear clean or fresh. To make matters worse, the staff were not friendly or helpful when we raised our concerns. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and condition of the room were far below expectations. We would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
