    The place is simple and straightforward. It has what basic hotels have. It's clean and has a library which I think is a nice touch. It's close to very lovely shops and cafe/bakeshop. It's also close to Ayala Malls.

    The hotel accommodation is exceptional. The staff are very welcoming and easy to talk to when you have requests. The room we have stayed in is clean, no foul smell, sheets are comfortable. + free brewed coffee, ice, mineral water. Nice for staycation. We will definitely stay here again!

    Great location and friendly staff, but the facilities could use some improvement. The aircon was leaking, and I woke up with water all over the floor. The shower pressure was too strong even when adjusted, and the shower head had to be held to aim properly. The study room was also noisy due to nearby pop-up stores, though I understand this may be beyond the hotel’s control. Overall, a decent stay, but some facility improvements would make it much better.
