Everything was good, except for the noisy neighbor, and no hot water. Also it would have been nice if a microwave oven was there. One other thing, I thought it was a one bedroom condo, when in actuality it was a studio. Aside from everthing, it was a good place.

Front Desk staff was not helpful and were uninterested in helping or answering questions. Most interested in their phones. The AC was not cooling well and appeared to be somewhat dirty. I sent a message to the property. When I didn't receive a response on online I went to front desk and asked for help. The lady said she would send a request for maintenance.
Two days later I received an e-mail saying I needed to call myself and request repair.
My experience was there was no real interest in helping resolve the issue.
