There was no breakfast included. However where it is located we were spoilt for choice; where restaurants are on the doorsteps. Excellent location ..
Soundproof. We could hear everything. Toilet flushing. Chair being dragged. One evening a little girl was screaming for so long, I thought she was getting murdered. Bathroom could have more space to hang wet clothes after swimming. It was way too small.
