Everything in the house was clean and cozy

The only problem was that we could book the apartment, but we had to wait 2 more hours to check-in because it was not ready. I think this issue is an easy fix. Don't accept last minute booking if you don't clean the room as soon as one customer leave it

The room was as advertised and more. It is located in one of the newer establishments in IT Park so shops and stores of interest were easily accessible. The room itself was clean and fully furnished. What we liked most is that drinking water and coffee were provided, as well as the added touch of welcome treats. At its current booking price, it is significantly cheaper than the neighboring listings, given the amenities of pool and gym being available to us. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to book and stay again.

Great location, room design was nice and the host is responsive when you message them.

I booked the room weeks in advance but the host changed my booking to a different room hours before the checkin. And so the receptionist could not find my booking for about 20 minutes. I requested a fan a few days before check-in but they delivered it at midnight and woke us up. Drinking water was not included but there was no information on water refill being P60 per gallon, which was surprising considering the price of the room. The water was delivered the next morning and woke us up again. (The doorbell is very loud and I asked it to be left outside the door but they rang it both times). There were a few things missing, no sponge for washing dishes (I had to buy it) and the shower room drainage was really slow and was blocked on our last couple of days. The entire bathroom was saturated with dirty shower water which made it uncomfortable. These are all small inconveniences but impacted the stay altogether.
