Felt very homey and not like a rental at all, felt super comfortable from the moment I walked in. Free water dispenser and big tv, awesome.

The room is large and spacious, it feels really nice being here. Water provided. Comfy bed. Big tv with netflix (although it was very tricky getting connected. I needed their staffs help). Quiet peaceful room. Quiet aircon. I would be very happy to stay here again.
a couple of minor things.... the blanket on the bed is small and thin. A bigger, nicer blanket would have been appreciated.
There is nowhere to hang clothes, no wardrobes. In the kitchen the cupboards containing plates, glasses and cutlery are mounted very high. It's fine for me because i'm 6'2", but for short people it could be a bit inconvenient. I found these to be minor things, i was very happy with my stay

Good location close to the airport, clean and good size apartment. Hosts were quick to respond to any issues they could fix.
This building does not have a backup generator, so when the power goes out for an hour or so at a time, as it does regularly in the Philippines, it means no air conditioning so it gets hot, very hot very quickly and also no power = no WiFi.
