Second stay each time staff very helpful and always available to assist. Unit was clean, secure had everything we needed as a party of 7. Location is good and everything you. Red is within a short tricycle ride. Food drinks available from breakfast to evening meals attached to the complex. Great start to our vacation

It had balcony and jacuzzi and 2 aircons it was great overall
The guard is so nice his English is so perfect
We Had to wait in the lobby for more then 20 mins to check in
They have water pumps in the balcony it was so loud
Just a suggestion if you guys can have central water pump so it going to be quite in the balcony

Everything!!!! 2 A/C units are so cold we only used one. Jacuzzi was amazing! Blue LED Mood lights were awesome extra! Full kitchen. Amazing restaurant downstairs. Close to all shopping, dining, and the Mall!
Did not provide a bath mat. And I slipped in the marble floor and ripped out my big toe nail!! Requested a bath mat and received one immediately. So where was the original bath mat? Our one extra towel we used wasn't enough. Need 2 bath mats in the CR. One at the jacuzzi and one at the 3" step down into the bedroom that's where I slipped when using baby steps and holding the wall. The provided disposable slippers were too small for a big American!

Looks pretty nice, good size
There were bugs everywhere! Little tiny bugs crawling all over everything! Also there were no blankets for the bedrooms, just a sheet. All amenities listed were not available
