You can see the city lights during the night. It’s a nice place to stay. The amenities are great.

Good location. Located in a quiet neighborhood of IT Park and everything is accessible by walk. The mattresses are comfortable. Loved the couch and giant TV.
Poorly maintained. The four Avida towers looked grand on the outside, but were actually quite shady on the inside. You can tell as soon as you walk out the elevator. The apartment was not well maintained in the sense that the furniture and bathroom were quite dirty - it felt sticky walking barefoot around. Also the owner could be quite unresponsive. Accidentally moved the WiFi router (it indeed warned against that, but accidents are accidents) and the network was down for two days. Cellular coverage inside is quite bad as well, so we could barely do anything inside - no grabs, no Netflix, can’t even use Google Maps.
