The place is within the business district of the city. Near Fuente Osmeña, there are lots of establishments near it. Horizon 101 is a great place, and Ezeniel's place overlooks the city. It is on the 43rd floor of the Horizon 101, and it is nicer, especially during the night, watching the city lights. I'm going to recommend this to my friends and family.

all units have poor utensils for cooking

breakfast not included. You have to prepare ypur own. Location is great. Very accessible.
The place is okay. But need to.fix door lock, more utensils, and i suggest to put basic condiments and toiletress.
