Good apartment in IT PARK everything just what you need is here
Apartment could do with a coat of paint and some new flooring and kitchen replacing but overall good value for the money

The place is nice and clean, with a lovely view. It's conveniently located near food and drink spots, as well as a 7/11 and McDonald's, which is super handy.
The bathroom faucet wasn’t working, and I had some trouble locking the door—it requires a bit of extra effort to pull it properly.

It’s location close to IT Park while still being able to maintain the peace of being away from the city crowds.
The room was a lovely size, the bed comfortable and the amenities serviceable. The host of the room was very friendly and accommodating through messages.
No matter how much spray, the little orange ants just keep coming. There was some confusion about our request to have the room cleaned, and we had to wait a few days for this but it was done, so we had fresh towels and sheets which was really nice.
There’s a few things on the advert that are not in the room, but this is understandable as things change over time.
Sadly we were unable to be accommodated for a late checkout.

The location is bery near sugbo mercado where you can find plenty and cheap food. It is a walking distance to Cebu Ayala central bloc. The host is very responsive on my querries.
