Homely, convenient location

The room was clean and well-equipped, featuring strong, free Wi-Fi, a large refrigerator, a working TV, a coffee machine, a kettle and a complete set of kitchenware for those who wish to cook or eat in. The double bed has good-quality mattress and bedding. The location was excellent, a mere 5-minute walk from Ayala Mall in a safe area of Cebu. The host was also friendly and helpful.

Our first night at the accommodation was disrupted by a power outage, leaving us without electricity for 10 hours! The host responded quickly and offered a refund for that night, which was appreciated. However, the room itself was quite small. The listing indicated two beds, but there was only one double bed. While there was a pull-out bed, there wasn't enough space to use it safely due to the amount of furniture in the room. The photos were misleading, and the pull-out bed presented a potential safety hazard. We feel this room is only suitable for two adults, as the sofa bed wasn't comfortable for children.
