The location was very convenient for me. Being close to Ayala was ideal. Not knowing that East Gate implemented a non-booking policy was concerning upon my arrival as I was pretty exhausted and was fearful I would no longer have a room. Amenities are good. The internet and TV were amazing, and having the kicthenette was great. The water at East Gate is potable and maintained so there is no fear of water contamination.
There were some bugs were present due to the room's proximity to the garbage area. The room had broken aesthetic fixtures such as LED lightstrips. The establishment of East Gate condones booking sites/short term rentals, likely due to issues with people who had booked prior to May.

房間較一般大，提供一桌二椅可以欣賞窗外高樓層風景聊天，床鋪軟硬適中舒適，有冰箱微波爐等，24小時警衛，免費的健身房和露天泳池，對面馬路是超市可以購物
洗澡用的蓮蓬頭是半故障狀態，設計也不佳不適合洗澡，缺少飲用水跟衛生紙，當然也沒有洗髮精沐浴乳，這些會造成旅行時間的非預期浪費。另外電視旁的壁掛桌是半脫落狀態，要小心意外砸傷人的問題，。電視使用上極為不便，有跟沒有一樣。雖然靠近阿亞拉購物中心，但不易走路抵達
