Affordable, Ideal location next to IT park. Room was amazing, felt very comfortable and safe whilst staying there. Checking-in with the hotel staff was easy and professional. Owner of the property responded to our queries fast as was the Internet speed at the property. Air-conditioning and the double bed was perfect!
Would recommend to other travellers looking to stay in Cebu. 5/5
Construction of the new residence tower adjacent to the property is still under way so it will be noisy with the sounds of machinery, and singing construction workers first thing in the morning, so pack your earplugs....

The location is great. It is nearby to major establishments like malls, and also restaurants and cafes. The reception staff was polite and courteous. The living room and bedroom was clean. The bed was comfy. Added facilities like NetFlix was a great bonus.
The bathroom and kitchen area was not sparkly clean.
The bathroom had a lot of soap scum, on the floor, on the shower head and faucet, the shower curtain had molds.
The kitchen sink and faucet had soap scum, and a stench was coming out from the drain. The electric water kettle was not cleaned at all. I wanted to use it to boil water so I can make hot chocolate. When I opened it, an awful smell was coming out from it. Apparently, there was still water from previous users. Black and white stuff was floating around. I drained the water and boiled clean water in it to try to clean and get rid of the stench, but it did not.
I would still book this place again but I really hope the hosts will improve on the things I have mentioned above.

Great stay on the 7th floor of the Grand Residences Tower B. Great instructions and communication with the host. Fast internet and Netflix. Complimentary purified water. Washing machine was a lifesaver. Good water pressure and hot.
Pillows were a little too high for my comfort. Bathroom could use a good spring cleaning at some point.
