I like the top view of Casa Vibrant City Center; it is great for watching fireworks. The window has an unobstructed view, with no buildings blocking the city lights. I also like the cooking area—even though it is small, it has complete facilities that I needed for Noche Buena. The owner is accommodating; I requested an earlier check-in, and she permitted it.
AMOUNT PAID – The booking apps for Casa Vibrant City Center, located near Ayala Center Cebu, reflected a promotional amount of 1,900+, which I paid online. However, upon checking my online bank transaction, I found that I was charged 2,816.59, which is the original price instead of the promotional rate of 1,900.00. I raised this concern with the Operations Manager and co-founder, but she did not reply or provide any explanation.
AIRCON – The room’s air conditioner is slow and does not cool the entire room effectively
