Clean and cosy small studio with two large beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The studio is clean and pretty centrally located at waking distance to Cebu city center and sights (you can either walk or take a jeepney there). The kitchen is very good with all utensils you need, fridge, water boiler. The swimming pool on level 6 is nice but always shaded, which is not so great. The other swimming pool from the other building has sun during the day, lounges where to sit in the shade, and nice guardians to whom you have to pay 200 pesos per day for access to the pool. The suit has a cemetery view. Smooth check like in the indications sent on booking - guards are very used with people renting in the building.

- I was provided with only one towel, one small soap and one small shampoo, a toothpaste and brush for 4 days. Thanks God I found in the cupboard more soap and shampoo, because you really needed to wash every day. - there're no basic ingredients in the kitchen, like salt, pepper, oil. The salt and pepper containers were broken and empty. You had soy sauce instead .... A bit hard to cook something without having a shared oil as usually provided in places where you have a kitchen. You are probably supposed to buy or travel with a bottle of oil. - no coffee, no tea provided in the kitchen; even the cheapest guesthouses in the Philippines had that, here you have nothing - there's a loud noise starting at 9 pm and lasting throughout the night - I think it's the Aircon of the neighbors which is vibrating on the walls, because I turned off the AC during the night. During the day is nice and quiet, loud only at night

During our stay with my family at the unit. We had an amazing experience, we enjoyed our stay. Clean room, bed ain't too bad, it was comfy. Air-conditioning was good, very cold room when it reach in a high temperature. The view was good too because we're in the 6th floor, we can see the View from our window. Accessible to SM only walking distance and G-mall, jeepney's, and taxis. Some resto around the vicinity of the persimmon which is good but only 1 ATM machine to access. Hopefully, they could add 1 more machine just in case if one is out of order.

First and foremost, not enough TV channels for foreigners. The unit only got basic TV channels which is the Philippines TV channels mostly. I would recommend to add more Cable channels for foriegners to those who cannot understand the filipino language. Like my husband is British no channel news at all. Every morning he loves to watch news like CNN, HBO, and my husband also likes watching movies. Hopefully, the host could add 1 or 2 foreign movie channels too to choose with. Not enough pot for 4 people. They only had 3 plates as well. No microwave and nor oven toaster at least. Hopefully, the host could add for breakfast purposes. Then lastly, Just cold shower. The hot shower ain't working properly. It will get hot for 1 minute then it goes to cold again. I've contacted the host about this already but still we couldn't make it working properly.
