The room was cleaned and spacious,the view is amazing,the staff very accommodating and friendly.Highly recommended.

Everything. Host is very accomodating. They even bought new iron board for us to use. Best location for me. Walking distance to Ayala Center Cebu.
These are just small issues that can do without. But would definitely improve the facility.
1. Wish there were hooks in the bathroom where you can hang the towels and clothes when taking a shower.
2. Wish there were more hangers.
3. Complimentary bottled water to welcome the guests. We arrived on a holiday so the convenience store and cafe below the building was closed.
4. Provide handwash and at least 1 bathroom tissue.

The apartment is cozy and clean. The host was friendly and helpful. They even let us check in a few hours early, so we didn't have to wait between checking out of our previous accommodation and checking in here.
The only downside is that there's nowhere to hang towels or dry our swimsuits.

I like that there is Wi-Fi and a smart TV for watching Netflix and YouTube.
The sofa is very dirty.
