The apartment itself is nice and has the basics you need for a stay. The bed was comfortable, the air con and shower both worked well. The kitchen has some basic items for cooking. The shopping mall is within walking distance and has plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from.
The noise from the street. Every night I was woken up very early by either loud motorbikes, dogs barking, a band practicing for a procession (who does that at 4:00 am) or the music from street vendors. Bring earplugs if you stay here. I also ran out of toilet paper which is. Ever good.

Perfect location as it was very close to locations that I wanted to visit in the City centre.
The toilet takes a long time for its tank to refill with water for flushing.

Homely feeling. Excellent location for getting around Cebu
The shower head is cracked and spraying water up towards the electrics from the boiler. Dangerous. Host informed. If you’re not used the the noise from the city it can be loud.
