I like that the place has complimentary water, also the toiletries and honesty store adds convenience.

I think the shower needs a little fixing.

The unit is fairly new as well as the building. The location is in the city center. It's near to the Sto. Nino Basilica and other tourist spots in the city. It's also just walking distance to market and has good access to public transportation.

Nothing, It would just be nice if there is a microwave in the unit to make reheating of take home food easier.

A top location in Cebu, in its very centre, all the downtown sights and shops are practically within walking distance ... 20, 30 mins... no need to explore the rather chaotic town local transport jeeepney system. The appartment is a very functional, modern, but not too big condo, does fine for two, in a just recently built high rise structure. i happened to be one of the first guests. Of course, it is completely new, clean, with the amenities needed, also with not always supplied shower heater, a small kitchen with a fridge, a bed big enough for two, but slightly hard, an extra couch, even a work desk....the owner's feedback is very quick. And the price was very reasonable for me, an early guest.

Do not expect a perfect wifi, lots of drop outs .... it is recommended to have a back up with your own local data. The condo is on the 16th floor, neither those in love with a good view from the room or those with fear of heights will get a boost by the view from the window, as it is facing the wall of the next building with a small sight of town in the gap... yet also no direct heat from the sun.... As parts of the construction are still being build expect workers making noise sporadically.
