The host is very approachable and friendly, the place is nice and overlooking to the area. and it was nice to stay there with family and friends hopefully we can get back there soonest. thank you so much sir for accommodating us.

Beds were clean
When we entered ,the unit smells old urine.
The bin garbage was not cleaned
The toilet floor has urine that smells stinky throughout the unit.Internet is not working.
We ended up getting a new unit.care taker didn’t at least facilitate parking space for us to pay.
I purposely just tried one day first thinking I can rent this place for additional 3 weeks here in Cebu.But I guess not safe for the lungs due to smell of the unit and poor sanitation
