The owner was very helpful, accommodating, and understanding. The building is in a great location, walking distance to I.T Park, malls and a short cab to the town centre.
Fast internet and comfy bed. Air-con works well and pretty quiet.
The staff downstairs are friendly and helpful.
Toiletries were not provided as mentioned on the package, which I didn't mind as I brought my own. However, once the owner knew, she provided them straight away.
Would be nice to have shower curtains to avoid water spraying on the floor.

Hour and half, for check in, no soap or shampoo, run down old, ,,, good side,, great view, huge window over looking Cebu
View was great 😃👍 of bay & night lights , big window
