Very helpful and friendly staff
Room is quite small, but it wasn’t a problem.

bed is super comfy, super clean, they clean and tidy for us every day.
location very good, residential neighbour that has everything!
bathroom is small, but it seems that it is somewhat normal in japan.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last almost 15 years and I love it. Away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area of Tokyo with lots of good restaurants and places to eat and convenience, stores to get any needs 24 hours a day.
