    Super clean and convenient hotel! It has a really nice "home feel" to it. Love that they provide washing machines—so handy. Location is great too, with a 7-Eleven just nearby. Definitely worth a stay!

    The Hotel SAILS was excellent. It was confusing, in that we went to the Hotel SAILS Asakusa first, but this hotel, a bit further north, was actually closer to the metro. The service was excellent, and it was roomy. The price was reasonable for us.

    For a hotel in Tokyo, the floor area is bigger than most places. The free use of facilities such as washing machine, cooking utensils makes the hotel family friendly.

    Walking distance to nearest station abaout 500m. If u want to go to asakusa better with taxi. Charge abaout 2.000-2.500 yen per ride. If u walking its about 1,8km. A semi hotel like apartment but u cant speak loud or make a noise cause the location is surrounded by living house. If u want slow living its a good choice but if u want touristy place this is not for u. U can cook in the room, ammenities is complete and clean. Room is OK. Big enough for open ur luggage. But if someone walk upstairs, or make a noise. U will clearly can hear.
