Die Lage ist gut. Die Innenstadt von Rouen ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist enorm wertvoll. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Die Ferienwohnung ist an sich gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Die Wohnungsübergabe erfolgte pünktlich zum vorher abgestimmten Termin.
Die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer ist ohne eine Deckenleuchte sehr dunkel. Die Beleuchtung erfolgt nur über eine Stehlampe. Eine im Wohnzimmer zusätzlich vorhandene Buffetlampe wies ein durchtrenntes Elektrokabel (blankes Kabel) vor, was durchaus gefährlich war (leider wurde man nicht darauf hingewiesen). Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war aus unserer Sicht schon etwas durchgesessen. Die bei Einzug zu überprüfende umfangreiche Ausstattungsliste war nur in französisch. Eine mehrsprachige Liste würde da helfen. Mehrere auf der Inventarliste aufgeführten Gegenstände fehlten.
