Stefano was a prompt communicator and his accommodation was very clean and comfortable! Washroom and kitchen were well equipped with the essentials, and the location was very accessible to everything (e.g. train station is 12-15 minutes walk). Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were decently comfortable. The place has a functional air conditioner and washer both of which were very much needed.
Common room, living room, was a bit small and had a small couch which didn’t provide a lot of comfortable options for all 3 guests to sit on while watching TV. The beds and pillows were a little too soft for us.

This location is perfect for sightseeing in Venice, there are lots of great restaurants and bakeries near by.
The apartment has everything you need and is clean and comfortable.
