Excellent location with wonderful gelato right outside, easy to access everything you need within 5 minute walk. Coop down the street for groceries too. The apartment itself felt very homey and made me and my girlfriend feel very cosy whilst staying in Venice. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from, highly recommend Mare Magno near the train station (book as it gets busy) and for tiramisu you cannot go past 1000 coffee and bakery just 5 minute walk away. Would book again and will recommend to friends!

Perfektní lokalita se skvělou dostupností do centra a k lodnímu MHD. Okolo ubytování bylo spoustu podniků, kde se dalo sednout přímo u vody a nasávat jedinečnou atmosféru Benátek.
Klimatizace nefungovala jak měla. Instrukce mohly být napsané jednodušeji. Udělat samotný check-in a najít ubytování byla pro nás celkem výzva 😀
