There was no iron for ironing, but I didn’t check it before booking, so it does not count really.

Getting the keys was a nightmare. The owner didn't give the information prior to arrival. Had to telephone him and send pictures of passport to get the 2 correct key codes for the doors. Very stressful as it was getting dark by the time we got into the apartment. Only the kindness of a next door guest helped us to not be sitting on the street for the night!

Bright room. Good Location. Private bathroom. Tea and electric kettle.

No fridge. Two beds/mattress placed together

Central location, nearby to lovely shops and restaurants and to the sights of Venezia.

The bed frame was just a frame, around another frame, not together, it was very squeaky at the slightest movement, toilet facilities and room were standard, clean and tidy, toilet flush often got stiff and would keep running water, shower head would not stay up, not the right one for the shower pole size, could not be adjusted as would fall back down. We often do hotels and figured maybe to a room this time round, not for us with this room in all honesty. Easy and nice contact with host. Also no idea about the kitchen we didn’t even bother to find out.
