- The floor was covered with dust and was sticky for our feet (which I messaged host and he responded that the cleaning lady might not have done her/his job properly + the host offered to clean the floor but we were already leaving the day after); there was nothing to mop the floor but I had to improvize and clean the floor so that our kid can safely walk and touch the floor.
- We didn't have hot water for a day (because someone switched off the water heater for the apartment - host messaged me to find the heater and switch it on properly)
