Very spacious

Amenities in the property was not complete - e.g. no laundry detergent for the washing machine. The property also has some very strict rules like check in before 7pm otherwise there’s an extra charge and no flexibility for check out.

L'appartamento dispone di un bagno sprovvisto di bidet ed è di piccole dimensioni in proporzione all'appartamento. Nel lavandino l'acqua faticava a scaricare. Non era compresa la colazione (lo sapevamo) ma non è presente neppure la macchina del caffè con capsule di cortesia (oramai è presente in tantissimi B&B dove la colazione non è compresa.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is really nice and cozy, and the location is AMAZING. It's on a charming street along a canal, surrounded by lots of bars where people relax, have fun, and enjoy drinks by the water. Even though it’s close to the lively pubs, the apartment itself is quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Venice is a very walkable city, and the apartment was only a 15-20 minute walk from all the main tourist streets and attractions. The beds are comfortable, and the window shutters ensure a restful sleep. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to come back soon!

L'apartament és ampli i còmode. Els llits grans. L'habitació principal molt bé i amb unes vistes magnifiques a un dels canals. La cuina àmplia i amb tots els estris. Molt ben equipat.

Que cobren per arribar més tard de les 19:00h i encara més per arribar més tard de les 00:00. I que si arribes a les 23:53 volen seguir cobrant i et demanen que facis transferències quan saben que no ha arribat més tard de les 00:00. El bany és massa petit i incòmode.
