CHARMING HOUSE IN VENICE

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely give this apartment a high rating. The host was very polite, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He kindly allowed us to check in 1 hour and 15 minutes earlier than planned, which we really appreciated because we were tired after our journey. The apartment had everything we needed and was located in a very convenient and quiet area. There is also a grocery store nearby with a huge selection of food and many delicious options. The view is mostly into the courtyard, but if you look out, you can also see the canal, which adds a lovely Venetian atmosphere. Communication was quick and easy throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we were very happy with our experience. Highly recommended!

Great location. Only a 10/15 minute walk to all of Venices main attractions but on a lovely street just off one of the side canals. The street nearby was buzzing with lovely restaurants and bars away from the high priced ones in the city centre. The host was great and really accommodating.

The apartment was as advertised, pictures did seem to be outdated.

The location was rough, construction and absolutely no breeze or cross wind. I didn’t feel safe there with my family. There was no ventilation and it was like a sauna, and that I’m sure contributed to the musty smell. If it’s not hot maybe it might have been acceptable. The shower was super short and difficult to use. The sofa bed wasn’t made up for us, but instead the linens were left for us to do on our own. Two of the fans didn’t work…the others helped marginally. My whole family had a hard time sleeping and we avoided being there as must as we possibly could, we did not enjoy it. Everything was marginal at best, it wasn’t for us.
