- The owner is so nice and friendly. She made our time in Kandy really special. - The breakfast and dinner is fantastic and authentic Sri Lanka kitchen. - Location is great. Quiet and from the balcony you can see a lot of special birds and monkeys. - the homestay is in perfect condition and kept clean.

- a mosquito net would be great - price for laundry a bit high But still - this place is great and we can only recommend to go there while visiting Kandy. We felt like home!!

Everything perfect! You need a TukTuk (about 400 Rs for foreingers) to go there. But you get a nice room and a lovely host. Nice dinner and Breakfast also.

This house is AMAZING. Since we arrived Kusum welcomed us with very warm and open arms. She, her son and daughter-in-law gave us the feeling of coming home. We didn't want to leave this house any moment. Kusum was like a mother to us. The rooms were very spacious, also the rest of the available spaces in the house, which gave you a feeling of freedom. Everything was very clean and very homey. The house is not in the middle of the busy center, so in a nice quiet place in the nicer area of ​​Kandy. The family was always there for you, in a very pleasant way. Transport or tours can be arranged very easily through them. The communication (via booking) is also fast and good. In addition, they speak better English than I do. Nice conversations with them when you come home in the afternoon or when you enjoy a day at home. The Sri Lankan food that she prepared herself was soooo good. (We still miss it!) We already had booked the flight out of the country, otherwise we would definitely have stayed here for a very long time!! We leaved this place literally with tears in our eyes.
