Jaga's Hill homestay

Son super amables, te explican todo super bien. La ubicación genial, aunque estás en Kandy no escuchas el ruido de toda la ciudad. Muy limpio

El precio del desayuno me pareció un poco elevado.

I felt like home here with the lovely family. Jaga, his lovely wife and Shasha were so welcoming and helpful. Thank to them I had a very nice stay in Kandy. Having dinner together, listening to their family stories and see how happy they are inspired. They have Tuktuk service ready within 5 minutes with a reasonable price, good recommendations of what to do and where to eat, Java’s wife is an amazing cook so we just had meals together and it’s even better. Will definitely come back when I in Kandy

It was clean, comfortable enough, nice and kind family

I’m just not sure about the location. I arrived late and streets were dark,no lighting, kind of creepy. For especially solo women travelers, I recommend use a vehicle if you’ll arrive at dark. Hostel was safe anyway.

Hot shower. Good location. Staff were friendly

Even taking into consideration the cheap price, my stay was still unsatisfactory. They didn't provide any towels. Not even to rent. There were no mosquito nets and I was kept up by buzzing and bitting during the night. There was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom, even though I requested toilet paper. The blanket was far too short to cover my whole body (I'm 5ft 9, 174cm). Finally, there was the occasional, slight unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Alot of these are easy and cheap fixes, hopefully you'll take it into consideration
