Good place on the hills just outside Kandy.
Would be great if they had a water refill. Buying bottled water is too much plastic.

This is a lovely, simple room with a nice patio and great hosts. It was particularly handy that there was a tea kettle and dishware. There is only one unit, but it is separate from the family's home so it is very private. Note that the photos of the view are not from the patio, they are from the view point that is very close by.

Had a fantastic stay at Upalis! The location was great, he was incredibly welcoming, drove me all over the city to view points and to my next stop in nuwara eliya. The room was perfect, comfortable, good size, mosquito net, and he provided breakfast
