The place has a spectacular view, and there is plenty of balcony outdoor seating area.
The building is new. The room, bathroom, and kitchen all were modern and well kept. The main caretaker was very kind, lived on premises, and helped with everything
The communal kitchen was well stocked
Its a little high up in the hill and so can be a little difficult to find.
However the solution is simply to tell drivers to go to Nagawimanakanda temple, which is next door and what locals know

It is a comfortable room for two people. They have a common balcony and the view from there was amazing. The bathroom is neat and clean. Common kitchen for tea and coffee is appreciated.
Floor could be reworked. It had cracks in it.
