I highly recommend this place.
It’s a beautiful house. The host is so kind, attentive, and helpful! He gave us lots of great tips.
The room and bathroom were fantastic—very clean and comfortable.

My boyfriend and I had a short but a lovely stay at Kandy. We took the cheapest room because we were in transit and stayed only one night, but if you are staying longer, I recommend taking one of the other rooms as they are a bit more expensive and probably a bit better - but this was definitely an excellent value for money. The host is so nice and he made us a delicious breakfast and explained everything we asked about. We didn’t walk to the city centre as we had a short stay, but we took tuk-tuk and it took us there for less than one dollar.

The room I had was great, comfortable and had a little area to sit out.
The owner is fantastic, I arrived sick, coughing etc and he went out of his way to help.
Good location, 20 min walk or 5 min tuk tuk into town.
Supermarket only 5 mins walk
Decent breakfast and coffee
All round nice place and owner.
WiFi is not the best but works.
$$$$
