Bang in Wells

Breakfast was amazing all very fresh ingredients and very large portions. The location is a the top of the High Street and various independent little shops to browse. There is a wine bar a few yards down the road and it is about 25 mins walk to the beach.

There is not parking but there is a green which has free parking not to far away but as it was carnival week we could not park there. We parked near the Antiques centre which is free and it is about 10 mins walk to Bang

Great location in the centre of town, 5 minute walk to the harbour and immediate access to all local shops Really lovely boutique hotel

We missed breakfast because we had to leave at 07.45 and it didn't start until 08.30am which was a little late we thought but the owners more than made up for it with free wine with our meal and the free liquers after

Despite the "Bang" premises appearing small from the outside the room was large, as was the bathroom. The room had character but all of the mod cons you'd need. It was also spotlessly clean. From check in to check out, every member of staff we encountered were very helpful and courteous. Facilities wise, the courtyard was an added bonus for us, as we sat, drank and played cards, upon returning from eating and given that the main premises was closed (after 5:00pm), we had it to ourselves. Foodwise the breakfast was excellent, with everything piping hot and cooked freshly to order. Add in the great location and what's not to like
