Coastal Retreat Waveney House

Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the harbour! Very clean & Lovely Comfortable king size bed & everything that you need . Great sized personal bathroom with good shower & bath if you prefer. Lovely breakfast with great garden view Annette & Jim were very welcoming & nothing was too much trouble . They even gave a birthday card and put a banner for my daughter. Would highly recommend

Basic breakfast but the host did get me apple juice to drink.

Everything was fine.

We were really well looked after by Jim and Annette, it was like being a guest in someone’s home, and the atmosphere was relaxed. They were keen to offer advice and recommendations about the local area (it’s about 20 minutes walk to the seafront). The accommodation was comfy and clean, and we were offered secure covered storage for our bicycles. Rooms here aren’t en suite, but guests have dedicated use of a bathroom right next to the bedroom, and bathrobes are provided. The continental breakfast was great.

Nothing really, but guests should note that one of the rooms is south facing, and can be quite warm in summer.

It was a pleasure to meet Jim and Annette who were very welcoming on my arrival. I was shown to my room which was very clean and tidy with tea and coffee facilities available. There is plenty of space to sit and relax outside in the garden with the soothing noise of the water full over the gold fish pond. There is space for parking included which is very convenient and Annette kindly let me leave my car on the drive way during my stay. The B & B is situated only a 10 minute walk from the town center. A Continental breakfast is included with a good selection of cereals, fruit, orange juice ,tea and toast. I really enjoyed my stay and would like to stay here again in the future.
